Shipping policy

What We Ship We ship baked goods and jams to Florida addresses only. Non-food items (such as loofahs) can be shipped more broadly within the US.

Delivery Options All orders are made to order. We offer the following delivery methods depending on your location and product type:

• Local Pickup – Available for baked goods, jams, herbs, and non-food items.
• Local Delivery (Up to 20 miles) – Available for baked goods, jams, and herbs.
• Local Delivery (Up to 40 miles) – Available for baked goods, jams, and herbs.
• Standard Shipping – Available for non-food items (e.g., loofahs) only.
• Fresh Next Day Delivery – Available for select fresh items.

Processing Time Since all items are made to order, please allow additional time for preparation before your order ships or is ready for pickup/delivery. We'll be in touch to coordinate timing.

Local Delivery Arrangements To arrange local delivery or pickup, please email us at hello@rastafamilyfarms.com and we'll confirm the details with you directly.

Shipping Restrictions Perishable food items (baked goods, jams, fresh herbs) are only available to Florida addresses. We are unable to ship perishables outside of Florida at this time.
